Our Team

Johnny Walker, DC Dr. Johnny Walker graduated from William Carey University with his BSN (Nursing) and is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. He is certified as a Nutrition Specialist and as a Graston Technique provider and sports rehab and soft tissue injury specialist. After working in Mobile, Alabama under the tutelage of Dr. Cevin Cormier (Chiropractor and Physical Therapist) renown Author and lecturer, Dr. Walker founded Walker Chiropractic Center in 2003 to offer the benefits of chiropractic care to the citizens of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Dr. Walker is a patriot and served his country in the United States Air Force, where he was a Load Master on the C130. Dr. Walker enjoys staying fit by weight lifting and doing HIT interval training in his spare time. With the support of his wife and family it is his lifes ambition to promote health and fitness to all people young and old alike.

Maria Walker, CA/ Office Mgr. Maria began working with Dr. Walker in 2004 as a receptionist and translator for the Hispanic population that has integrated in Jackson County. She is a certified translator, who has helped out the community houspitals and the court system when she is needed. She quickly started learning the ropes and took over the office management and day to day activities. In 2007, Maria became a certified Chiropractic Assistant so she could be more involved in patient care. Maria is constantly working on her education to further the benefits of her career and the betterment of Walker Chiropractic. Maria is the lifeblood of the practice, with her beautiful and friendly smile that welcomes all patients in our office Maria is always available for questions or comments. With Dr. Walker, Maria has dedicated her life to healing the body, spirit, and mind. She believes that chiropractic treatment is the most sensible and effective way to treat many common health problems. She also believes in the preventative power of chiropractic care. In her spare time, Maria enjoys working out to stay fit, walking down the beach, and spending time with her husband and three children Kelsey, Peyton, and Jase.
